1. The parties. This agreement is between BeatsByRv ("Producer", "we") and whoever purchases a beat license through this site ("Buyer", "you"). Checking "I agree to the license terms" at checkout, or downloading a purchased file, means you accept this agreement.

2. What you're licensing. Every beat here is a pre-existing instrumental composed and produced by BeatsByRv. What you get depends on which license tier you buy — see below.

3. Non-Exclusive license (MP3+WAV or MP3+WAV+Stems). You get a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual right to use the beat as the instrumental for one original song or recording ("Your Work"), including streaming, sale, and monetized video use of Your Work. The beat itself stays on the store — BeatsByRv may keep licensing it to other artists. You must credit the beat as "Prod. by RV" wherever Your Work is credited. You may not resell, redistribute, or re-license the raw beat, WAV, or stem files themselves — on their own or repackaged — to anyone else. Ownership of the instrumental itself always stays with BeatsByRv under a Non-Exclusive license.

4. Exclusive license (Buyout). An Exclusive purchase transfers full, exclusive ownership of that beat's instrumental to you alone. BeatsByRv permanently removes the beat from sale and will never license or sell it to anyone else again. No credit is required, and no ongoing royalty, share, or approval is owed to BeatsByRv on Your Work — unless a separate written agreement for that specific beat says otherwise.

5. What's not included, either way. A beat license covers the instrumental only — not any lyrics, vocals, top-line melody, or other elements you or anyone else adds; those stay yours (or theirs) entirely. It also doesn't cover use of the BeatsByRv name or logo.

6. Delivery and refunds. Beats are delivered as digital downloads via a link valid for 7 days after purchase — save your files locally once you get them. Because these are digital goods delivered right away, sales are final once a download link has been issued, except where a refund is required by law.

7. Files. "MP3 + WAV" is a compressed listening copy plus an uncompressed WAV for mixing/mastering. "+ Stems" adds the beat's individual track stems for remixing or further production.

This is a plain-language license agreement covering typical use. It isn't a substitute for legal advice — for sync placements, major releases, or anything outside normal use, get in touch before buying so terms can be confirmed in writing.

1. What this covers. This policy explains what personal data BeatsByRv (a one-person beat store based in Slovakia) collects through this site, and what it's used for. It applies to visitors, beat buyers, and anyone who signs up for beat-drop email announcements.

2. Email at checkout. When you buy a beat, Stripe (our payment processor) collects your email address to process payment and so we can send you your download link and a receipt. That address is used only for that order — fulfillment and order support — unless you separately opt in to beat-drop emails (see below).

3. Beat-drop announcement emails. If you sign up in the footer form, or choose "Yes, sign me up" on the checkout page, your email is added to a mailing list used only to let you know when a new beat is uploaded. Buying a beat alone never signs you up — that only happens if you make that separate, explicit choice. Every announcement email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can leave the list at any time.

4. Who else sees it. A small number of outside services help run the store, each processing data only on our behalf and only as needed to do its job: Stripe (payment processing), Resend (sending receipt and announcement emails), and Cloudflare (hosting the site and storing purchased files for delivery). Your data is never sold, and never handed to anyone for their own marketing.

5. What we don't collect. There's no account system and no password on this site, and no advertising or tracking cookies. A small bit of browser storage is used purely to remember your own progress in the Beat Brawl mini-game — it stays on your device and is never sent anywhere or tied to you personally.

6. How long we keep it. Order records are kept as long as needed for support, accounting, and legal/tax obligations. Beat-drop list emails are kept until you unsubscribe or ask for them to be removed.

7. Your rights. You can ask what data is held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or withdraw consent to marketing emails at any time — reach out via Instagram (@rv_io_) or by replying to any email you've received from us. If you're in the EU/EEA, you can also lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.

8. Changes. This policy may be updated as the store grows — the version shown here is always the current one.
